Set up your email on iPhone, iPad or Mac

Enter your address: you get a profile that adds your email and your calendar in a single installation. Only your mailbox password will be asked.

The name shown on the emails you send.

Then, on iPhone or iPad

  1. Tap Allow to download the profile.
  2. Open Settings, tap Profile Downloaded, then Install.
  3. Enter your mailbox password when asked: once for email, once for the calendar.

On a Mac

  1. Open the downloaded file.
  2. In System Settings, open General → Device Management (Privacy & Security → Profiles on older versions), double-click the profile, then Install.

Which password?

Your mailbox password, not the one you use to sign in to Innov Agence. You will find it in Innov Agence under Email → Settings, with a button to copy it.

Other apps

Thunderbird finds these settings by itself. Elsewhere, use your full address as the user name:
